Nese mundoheni te hyni ne MSN Messenger dhe duke u kyqur shfaqet error kodi 80048820, atehere mendoj qe ju duhet te kontrolloni oren/daten e sistemit tuaj dhe ta rregulloni ate.
* Cilat jane arsyet per te cilen shfaqet problemi me error kode 80048820?
Aty egzistojne disa mundesi per te cilen shfaqet ky error kode, ja disa prej tyre:
1) Opcionet e Gabuara te Proxy't ne Internet Explorer.
2) softpub.dll eshte ende e pa-regjistruar.
3) Koha/Data e sistemit tuaj eshte e rregulluar gabim.
* Si ta Zgjidhim kete problem?
Mendimi im eshte qe zgjedhja per MSN Error Kodin 80048820 eshte tek Internet Explorer - mundohu qe te fshihesh Internet Explorer proxy server settings dhe kalo tek opcioni 'Automatically detect settings'.
1) Hape Internet Explorer, kliko "Tools" dhe tani "Internet Options", tani "Connections" dhe tani kliko "LAN Settings". Hjeke tikun tek "Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections)". Dhe me ne fund beni tikun ne 'Automatically detect settings'.
2) Regjistro softpub.dll.
Kliko Start dhe tani kliko Run, aty shtype regsvr32 softpub.dll dhe tani restarto MSN Messenger.
3) Nese je i loguar si administrator, rregullo oren/daten e sistemit dhe korrekto ate.

Si te rregulloni error e kyqjes 80004005 per Windows Live Messenger?
Me e sigurta tek ky error code eshte te e shkarkoni versionin e fundit nga ketu:

Rregullo 80040111 dhe 80040154 Error.
Shkaku: MSXML library eshte i q'rregulluar dhe duhet te ri-instalohet
Hapat e gjendjes se Gabimit:
Hapi 1.: Ri-regjistro msxml3.dll
- Start/Run dhe sheno kete kode:
Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll
Shpresoj qe do hapet 1 pop-up, ku shenon:
DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded.
Hapi 1.: Ristartoje kompjuterin dhe kyqu perseri ne messenger.

Fix 80070002 Error
Kur jeni duke u lidhur ne WLM ose ne MSN Messenger ju paraqitet 80070002 Error.
"Service is Temporarily Unavailable"
Si ta rregullojm WLM 80070002 Error?
-Kerko ppcrlconfig.dll (ndoshta gjendet ne: X:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\ppcrlconfig.dll) dhe e fshini.
-Shlyeni cdo WLM ose MSN Messenger te instaluar (gjithashtu edhe MSG Plus).
-Restarto Windows Live Messenger ose MSN Messenger.

Nese si sistem operativ keni Windows XP, provoni keto hapa;

Shkoni ne DOS prompt, ai hapet keshtu: Start -> Run dhe ketu e bene copy/paste qdonjeren nga keto linjet te meposhtme:

Fix 8100030e and 800701f6 Errors
Kur startoni MSN Messenger ose WML (Windows Live Messenger), ju smund te hyni per shkak se ju del ky laimrim:
"Signing in to Windows Live Messenger failed because the service is temporary unavailable.".
Error Code: 800701f6 or 8100030e
Keshilla si ta ndalojm kete error:
1) Regjistro softpub.dll.
Kliko butonin Start, dhe me pas shko Run, aty shenon: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Restarto MSN Messenger apo Windows Live Messenger.
2) Ju duhet MSN Messenger (Windows Live Messenger) ne listen e programeve te lejuara ne firewall.
3) Klikoni 2 here mbi oren ne ne Windows taskbar dhe sigurohuni qe ora eshte e rregulluar.

Ju nuk keni te drejt kyqje.

ZGJIDHJA:
Nese jeni duke perdorur ‘NETGEAR Wirelss Router’ duhet te futeni ne ‘Netgear’ router set-up setting faqen, permes internet explorer.
1.Jepe IP address 192.168.0.1 ne address bar;
2.Kyqu me username dhe password te prej ISP's tuaj;
3.Shko Admin, password;
4.Shko advance menu (ne anen e majt);
5.Shko WAN set-up;
6.Shko MTU size dhe e ndryshon ne 1400;
7.Apply, OK.

Unable to Sign in to MSN Messenger, Error Code 80048869
Ju rekomandojm qe ta shkarkoni, ta instaloni dhe ta perdoreni Windows Installer CleanUp Utility dhe te klikoni linjen(t) qe tregon MSN Messenger(et), ti selektoni dhe ti fshini sikur ne imazhin e meposhtem:
Para se te provoni te ri-instaloni MSN Messengerin, hapeni IE (Internet Explorer) dhe tani shkoni keshtu: Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Delete Files -> selkto Delete All offline Content and then select OK and then OK.
Tani shkoni tek dritarja dhe e fshini kete follder C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger. Ristartone kompjuterin dhe tani shkoni ne faqen per shkarkimin e messengeri dhe shkarkoni versionin me te fundit. Ju rekomandoj mos te e zgjedheni open it, por te e shkarkoni programin ne desktopin tuaj sikur ne imazhin e meposhtem:
Ju duhet te jeni te sigurt qe keni larguar komplet MSN Messengerin nga kompjuteri jua, ta keni fshir Internet cache dhe ta keni shkarkuar versionin e fundit te Messengerit ne desktopin tuaj. Eshte e rendesishme ti keni veshtruar mire qdo hape siq duhet.
Tani instaloje messengerin e ri duke klikuar ne ikonen dhe te shkoni sipas pershkrimeve dhe te ristartoni, ta provoni perseri dhe do e shihni qe problemi ka shkuar.
Nese problemi ende qendron duhet ta vizitoni se shpejti Windows Update dhe ti i instaloni te gjitha updatet e reja ne sistemin tuaj operativ. Nese keni verejtur qe ndonje produkt nuk e keni shkarkuar, atehere instalone, ristartoni kompjuterin dhe kontrolloni perseri funksionimin e MSN Messengerit.

3. Ristartoni kompjuterin.
